Capabilities
MJC develops assembly processes for wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electrical subassemblies used in industrial applications. Each program begins with a review of drawings, bill of materials, master samples, acceptance criteria, and expected volume.
Scope may include conductor preparation, terminals and connectors, fixture-board routing, mechanical protection, labeling, visual inspection, and agreed testing. Final capabilities are validated before quotation and production release.
