First piece
Initial validation before production release.
Management system
We translate customer requirements into instructions, control points, records, and improvement actions for every outsourced process.
Quality
MJC operates under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and Toyota Production System principles. Specific controls are defined from drawings, samples, acceptance criteria, and risk.
Not every part or harness requires the same plan. Inspection, frequency, tools, and records are agreed according to critical characteristics and commercial scope.
Initial validation before production release.
Control points integrated into the work sequence.
Agreed electrical, dimensional, or visual verification.
Deviation analysis, controlled rework, and prevention.
Identification may connect material, lot, operator, inspection, and result when required by the control plan.
Nonconforming product is segregated, and rework is performed under approved instruction with reinspection before release.
Drawings, revisions, instructions, samples, and forms must stay aligned to prevent production from obsolete information.
Process
A clear workflow for integrating processes without losing visibility.
We analyze drawings, materials, volume, acceptance criteria, and risk.
We define scope, responsibilities, process route, and control points.
We release a sample or first piece before recurring production.
We execute, inspect, report, and continuously improve the process.
Tell us what you need to manufacture, assemble, or outsource. We will review the program without assuming capabilities that have not yet been validated.
