Armored cable
Flexible protection for mechanically exposed applications.
Specialty cable assemblies
Protected cable solutions and molded terminations for applications requiring mechanical resistance, sealing, or strain relief.
Representative image. Final capability is confirmed against drawing, material, tolerance, and volume.
Capabilities
Armored and overmolded assemblies require compatibility among cable, armor, gland, connector, molding material, and the operating environment. MJC evaluates every configuration against approved drawings and specifications.
Scope may include cable preparation, termination, armor assembly, component placement, inspection, and coordination of molding processes according to project requirements.
Flexible protection for mechanically exposed applications.
Integrated terminations for strain relief and protection.
Industrial configurations subject to specification.
Visual, dimensional, and electrical verification per agreed criteria.
Final selection depends on actual operating conditions.
Before production, the sequence, tools, parameters, reference sample, and inspection plan are confirmed.
Tooling and molding scope are defined by project. They may be evaluated as part of the program or with an approved supplier.
The protection rating must be specified and validated for each design; overmolding alone does not automatically establish a rating.
Feasibility depends on tooling, materials, and complexity. Prototype, introduction, and recurring production are reviewed separately.
Process
A clear workflow for integrating processes without losing visibility.
We analyze drawings, materials, volume, acceptance criteria, and risk.
We define scope, responsibilities, process route, and control points.
We release a sample or first piece before recurring production.
We execute, inspect, report, and continuously improve the process.
Tell us what you need to manufacture, assemble, or outsource. We will review the program without assuming capabilities that have not yet been validated.
